Dr McBride's practice philosophy is based on considering the wellbeing of the individual as influenced by 4 basic components:
Physical - Postural Stimulation (pros & cons), work place ergonomics, exercise, proprioceptive control & balance
Chemical - Diet, nutrition, drugs / pharmaceuticals, enviromental toxins / chemicals
Mental - Good and bad stress, emotions, attitudes, positive affirmations, negative thoughts, spiritual wholeness
Sleep - Rest, circadian rhythms, power naps, meditation, dream stages (R.E.M.) duration and quality
"In my practice most patient's complaints, acute or chronic,
can be resolved by addressing their weakness in these four areas when combined with our chiropractic therapies."
Balance in the basics is the key to securing the individuals health and well being. This direct conservative approach optimizes their treatment results. Addressing these primary fundimentals significantly reduces further need for invasive care, drugs and/or surgeries. The most common side effect that patients share with us following treatment at our office is better overall health. The end result...moving better and feeling better replaces stiff and sore.
